HP SIM 5.0 - Adding Novell Servers

Hi guys,

I am a Windows person, and would like to add some of our Novell Servers to HP SIM 5.0. My last thread asked how to do this, and I got a response.

However when I download the support pack from HP for Novell 6.5, I try to upload it to the VCRM and it says 'no support pack found'. THis seems to work ok with other packs, juts not Novell.

Any ideas how I can populate the repository for Novell and add server?

AFAIK, you can't update/install HP agents on Novell servers using the VCRM. This can be the problem.
