Hp SIM 5 Server viewing problem

I have just installed HP SIM 5 and have 3 severs all set up the same with the same agent ect. but for some reason Its showing criticel errors on two and can't view them and the other one is showing as fine. I know for a fact that all servers are fine. any ideas?

Hi Peter,

the first thing to check is details. Please click on it and then on TAB events to understand better the Critical icon.
I think your two systems are unreachable, but just a thought....can you ping them from the CMS?
Anyway see details to know more.
