HP SIM 7.1 Setting Disk Thresholds
Hi everyone.
I have set up SIM and its working fine.
SNMP is sending traps and I am getting emails from servers.
My question is around disk thresholds.
If I manaually set the disk thresholds on a proliant server via the SMH the alerting all works end to end and I get an email.
From SIM I can "remove disk thresholds"for a particular server, and when I go back into SMH for that server I can see the disk thresholds have been removed.
Now from SIM if I "Set Disk Thresholds" for this particalar server to whatver value - say 85%, when I run it it says
"The set disk threshold was sent to the device successfully".
However when I look at the disk thresholds on the server via SMH i never see the settings?
Is this correct, I thought I would see them. If I fill the disk I get no alerts
I am on SIM 7.1 and my agents are
HP Insight Management Agents for Windows Server 2003/2008 x64 Editions 9.10.0.0
Any help will be great thanks

Re: HP SIM 7.1 Setting Disk Thresholds
Hmm,
Not tried this with these evrsion but can you post the SNMP settings at the target server?
