HP SIM 7.5 Upgrade fail

Hello,

I've got the following error during upgrading HP SIM from 7.4 to 7.5 (and SQL DB from 2012 to 2014 SP1):

Error parsing C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\config\machine.config

Parcer returned error 0xC00CE505

----------------------------------

 

The installation was running under Adminsitrative account on Windows Server 2012 R2 with all latest patches installed.

 

Please, help

Have you downloaded the latest edition from: http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c04770834 ?
