HP SIM C.04.01

Under "All Systems" the Server I have HPSIM installed is listed, but shows up as an "unknown". What do I need to do to fix?

For SNMP settings on the SIM server, if you have locked down SNMP requests from certain IPS, then make sure 127.0.0.1/localhost is added so that you can get informaton from the local system. By default in Win2k3, this is not there, FYI. Also make sure that a SNMP R/O community string is specified on the server and the same in SIM.
