HP SIM CPU Information

Just finished installing 4.1 HPSIM. In the Data collection report I am missing the following:
CPU Type CPU Speed (MHz) Slot Number Processor Firmware ID Processor Allocated Location

Processor Load has a "9" in it all other fields are blank. How do I get this info?

Run the Bi-Weekly Data Collection task: Logs --> All Scheduled Jobs --> highlight Bi-Weekly Data Collection [Run Now]

I'm having the same issue and just ran the Data Collection job, but still don't have any of the CPU information. Anything else I can try?
