HP SIM Insight Management Agent Install / upgrade problem

Hi All,

I am trying to install HP SIM Insight Management Agent.
I installed in some G5 servers and there it is working fine.
But the same installable i tried to install in some other server say a secured server it is not allowing me to do so with error:

"HP foundation agent fail to start, Verify you have sufficient privilege to start the process"

I tried the installation with Admin login.But still the same problem.

Please help me in installation.
