HP SIM + PMP

Hi,
I have a problem with performace management pack configuration. I am trying to deploy PMP license.
Deploy --> License Manager --> Deploy keys
No matter I do it says "Server does not have a serial number"
HP SIM Version : 5.0
Managed System : DL380 G4
I've checked server serial number from BIOS. It is OK.
any assitance will be appreciated
