HP SIM reports failed PSU

My Customer has an RX4640 running Redhat Linux RHEL v3.0, Update 2 and
hpsmh-2.0-01.rhel3u2
hpmgmtbase-1.6-1.rhel3
hpima-2.2-1.rhel3
The problem is that HPSIM is wrongly reporting that both power supplies have failed.This is being passed to ISEE and logging calls with HP. How do I fix this?
