What is the latest version of hpSIM that integrates CIM. Or better yet, has 4.1 been released?

Not sure what you mean by "integrates CIM." Are you referring to the old "Compaq Insight Manager" or the DMTF standard "Common Information Model" ?

hpSIM replaces Insight Manager 7 which in turn replaced "Compaq Insight Manager." CIM went end of life in July, 2002.

In turn, hpSIM is the first in the Insight Manager line to be able to use the WBEM protocols from the DMTF and WMI, Microsoft's WBEM instrumentation. In both cases these are considered "Common Information Model object managers."

I meant Compaq Insight Manager. Thanks for the information, I will look for the release. Heard it was to be released March/April of this year.
