HP-SIM5 with Dell Server

Hi All,

i install SIM5 successfully but,

on system type on Dell server its show unknown and,

i can't get information on any dell server

the SNMP, DMI configure correctly

what i am missing

You need to configure WBEM to get the information you require from the Dell server.

i already do it

the user is a domain admins

When you look at the system page for the Dell server is WBEM listed as one of the detected management protocols?
