HP System Insight Manager
I am the sysadmin of SIM. I keep receiving this message when I try to do anything to one piece of hardware:
The drilldown tool cannot be launched. The current user is not authorized to run the tool on the particular system.
I have been all over the internet and cannot find a solution to this problem so, I am guessing I am not asking the right question.
Do you know what I am doing wrong?
Here's more information on my piece of the SIM software:

if the user logged in is the Administrator, make sure he has assigned with All tools for CMS and ALL Managed systems and FULL Rights/Limited Rights on CMS Under the option "Authorization"
you can navigate to the option by clicking on options->users and Authorization and Authorization.
if the authorization is Fine then checl All tool Box is been assigned to the user which you are trying to Login
