HP Version Control Repostitory Manager

I get everytime errors when doing an automated update or a manual update. After researching the problem I found out that in the catalog.xml the ftp-filename is like ftp://..../cp00xxxx.exe, but when I browse to that file is see that "cp" in the filename should be in capitals. How can I correct this, or is this an error on the site of HP?

I've corrected these errors by manually downloading these files (about 10 to 15 files) and chosing for "Rescan the repository and rebuild the catalog" in the VCRM Catalog tab.
