HPSIM 4.2

I am trying to include HP Rack and Power Manager in HPSIM. In the description a tool mxtool is called to register the created HPRM.XML. But in the installation path there is neither a tool with this name nor with the name setnimbusenv. (Page 168)
Does anybody knows where I can find this tool on the web or is it a problem with the manual? Does anybody knows a good installation manual?

Both tools are there in the SIM 5.00.01 release.
