HPSIM agent not reporting

HP sim agent ver 8.1.1 is not reporting hardware failure to the HP SIM management server (5.1 SP1) when hard drive fails, however can sent a trap from EXS 3.5 U3 server via a command line , the ttrap successfully received on the HP SIM management server console. the only reported event received from the ESX host by the HPSIM management server is when the ESX host goes down (or rebooted) . How to fix this issue ? I need to get report when a hard drive fails
