hpSIM application detection

Hello,

I need to know how HP SIM collects application data and the level of data returned from HP-UX servers.

Will all applications running on a server be detected with the same level of detail as indicated in the 'R_Software' table in the 'sys-book.pdf'? And does this include non-standard applications such as customised Orange software?
