HPSIM + SQL Errors

I was wondering whether anyone has come across the following error in a HPSIM servers Event Log:

Event ID:3
Error: com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database

I now cannot start HPSIM at all and the above error is stuck in a loop of starting HPSIM and then failing

Checking the ODBC drivers shows that the database is fine and running a check shows no issues at all.

If it helps the HPSIM server is WIN2K SP4 and has MSSQL 2K SP3 installed and the HPSIM database is the right SQL instance (SQL_Latin1_CP1_CI_AS)

This seems to definitely point to an HP SIM problem and not a database problem. I would suggest a re-install.
