Http 400

I am running SIM 4.3 on a dl380 G3 you can always logon fine from the local server onto insight. But when you logon from a remote pc you enter your username the password plus domain and it come back with a http 400 error

If you try and logon about 10 to 20 times in the end it starts working.

Please help this is the second server I have loaded insight on.
