HTTP Status 500-

When trying to schedule an event within SIM, specifically a Disk Threshold check, the schedule picker frame seems to load, but under the options I just get the above message 'HTTP Status 500-' displayed. This occurs whoever I log on as and whether Im logged on directly to the CMS or from another PC.
