HW status differs on host from CMS
The hardware status on the localhost:2301 page on a managed system is in some cases different than the status showon my CMS.
Also I don't seem to be able tot get all of my systems recognize with the right product names and/or OS.

Re: HW status differs on host from CMS
Have you tried to update the hardware status polling for a server in question? This may correct the issue with status being incorrectly displayed.

Re: HW status differs on host from CMS
Yes, I have tried this several times. I also have waited some days before checking again, because I find sometimes it takes a while to sync for some issues

Re: HW status differs on host from CMS
Have you tried installing the latest agents on the server?
BTW I've been experiencing these problems also. Although I don't have the latest agents on all servers, some of the servers report correctly and others don't. I haven't been able to figure out exactly what triggers the inventory info to report properly.
