Inactive Agent suddenly becomes active
We've got two servers that currently have problems if the Fibre Array Information Agent is Active. We changed the two servers to make this agent inactive and servers were fine for days and then for some reason this agent was activated. Everyone swears that no changes were made at all and looking at logs, etc. we can find no trace as to what or how this one agent changed from inactive to active.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this type of problem before.
BTW, the OS is W2K3 and the PSP is 7.3.
Thanks.
MJ
