Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install

I am attempting to deploy the latest PSP to one of our servers using SIM and I get the following error message: "Could not execute the tool: Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install. No value was supplied for required argument with prompt: Enter drive letter for setupc.exe (i.e. e:".

There is a trust between the SIM server and the client server.

Thanks!

I'm getting the exact same problem and have also already configured the only component (Version Control Agent) that it offers.

Re: Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install

I had this problem until I configured the OpenSSH service to run under the context of an administrative user account as per the HPSIM ReadMe PDF (attached). While you can configure OpenSSH to run as SYSTEM, it seems that the link between HPSIM and OpenSSH will not function correctly.

Note that this is identified as an HPSIM/OpenSSH on Windows Server 2003 issue but in principle it could apply to other platforms especially if SYSTEM didn't have the required User Rights.

Re: Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install

I tried configuring SSH on the CMS following the release notes and I still does not work. I cannot logon to an SSH session at all. When I run mxagentconfig it just hangs.
