Insight Management MIB update kit

When I run Csript UpdateMibs.js it tries to run mxmib, however this is not on the server (Windows 2003 Enterprise)Where can I get a copy of this too, I have tried but cannot find a source. Any help will be appreciated.

This script should be run on the Server that HPSIM is installed on.
It should be in the directory:
C:\Program Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\bin
As part of its install HPSIM should add thius directory to the path environment variable.
