Insight Manager 5 managing redhat linux 3

I am currently running insight manager 5 on a windows server. I currently have several linux box's running Redhat AS 3 on HP ML570, When i manage the linux box's and click on System and then select a web link e.g memory subsystem. It does not display ??. this is the same for system resources. Any ideas welcome, have reinstalled all psp 7.4 agents.
