Insight manager agent and CMS on the same box

It going to be a problem for me to have Insight Manager agent running on the same box as CMS server? Is any reported problems?

Nope, it works fine, that's pretty much how it's designed to work.
You still need to set up Trusts between the Agent and HPSIM as it doesn't automatically trust itself.
Also, you'll find you cannot replicate settings to the HPSIM Server
