Insight Manager deinstallation

I have a program (Sun LDAP Server)that is conflicting with the Insight manager software. What is the impact if I deinstall the Insight application?

Which Insight application u r talking about? is that SIM or PSP?

I have it installed on a proliant dl380 G5 and I think it is SIM that needs to be deinstalled.
