Insight Manager not working after patch update
Recently i updated the Microsof Patches in my windows 2003 system (Proliant Dl380).After that HP insight Manager is not working.the SNMP service is not starting also.I am getting the "The SNMP Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service" error when i tried to start the SNMP service.Please help me to resolve the problem..

Hello Hashir,
Try reinstalling SNMP and if possible remove the MS patches.

I tried reinstalling SNMP after removing all the patches recently installed.Now i am not able to reinstall the SNMP successfully..I am getting the below error message
"One or more services for the Simple Network Management Protocol component took more than their allotted time to start.Installation will continue, but services will not be available until they have started completely. "
