Insight Manager won't launch
Environment. 1 SIM server V 7.2 with SQL installed on same server.
All of a sudden, as far as we know, no changes have occurred, but we get a 'Page can't be displayed" when trying to hit the web console. All services are running. The cert is still current, it still sends out notifications when a server is down, so it is at least functioning.
Any ideas. How can we get back into it?

Which version of Ie are you using?
Try an other browser like firefox or update IE if possible.
