Install Help
I just installed HP SIM on a new Proliant Server, with a 'virgin' install of Windows 2003 SBS Premium. When I try to run SIM the browser stops at the 'login.jsp' and just sits there. I installed the sp1 for System Insight Manager 4.1 but no luck.
any ideas ?????

Re: Install Help
Sounds like you could have a Java issue. Ensure the 1.4.1 java agent is installed. You can get it from the Sun site

Re: Install Help
Check to see if a particular version of the JRE is associated with the Browser.
Under IE Options / Advanced Settings there might be:
Java (Sun) Use Jave v....
Try unchecking that box, this lets the Browser select the JRE it needs.
Do you need the older JRE for any other Java apps?
If not, try removing all JRE's, download JRE 1.4.2_05 from Sun and install that.
