Installed Version vs Support Pack Version vs Latest Version
On one of my neglected servers, when I view the Version Control Agent interface, I show three columns: Installed Version, Support Pack Version, Latest Version.
I'm not certain I understand why I'm seeing the "Support Pack Version" column.
Would it be because the installed version of a particular installed component (or not) is not part of either the old or the new support pack.
Thanks!

Re: Installed Version vs Support Pack Version vs Latest Version
You get the third column when you select a Reference Pack. If you have not selected a reference pack from the VCA Config you will not see this column and the overall status of the SW will be determined by all the elements in the Repository and not constrained by the Reference Pack.
