Inventory Report

When you generate an Inventory Report, it'll have these fields like the server name, model, producl model, s/no. It also has location, contact, etc but for me these columns are always empty.

I understand I can manually input these info into the data collection report for each systems, but at times I delete and rediscover the servers, I will have to input these again.

Where can I input these info in the server itself?
I've tried to look into the server registry for such fields but I cant find.

Write location and contact in the agent, via the system management homepage, settings, SNMP agent.

The info will be in the registry in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP\Parameters\RFC1156Agent
