java error on form Globabl Protocol Settings form
In the process of trying to do something else it has come to my attention that I need to edit the settings of the Globabl Protocol Settings - when I drill through to the form I get a jave/tomcat error - I am attaching the error output.
Unfortunately I am not much of a developer so this is looking pretty foreign to me - any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Joe

Re: java error on form Globabl Protocol Settings form
Try and run the Initial PSP and see if you end up with this error and also on Install Software and Firmware.

Re: java error on form Globabl Protocol Settings form
Not sure what PSP - is but I unchecked - show friendly HTTP error messages - logged back in. When I do the initial login - it doesn't work - used to go to an error page, I would hit a hyperlink that took me back - 2nd time I logged in everything was fine. - now with friendly message unchecked I login, it flashes, brings me back to login - signin, wham it works.
Regarding install firmware - no problem on that form.
rerun global protocol settings same error - not sure what a 500 error is or how to fix it other than what I did...
BTW this is the only form I seem to have problems with?
Thanks

HP Response Center for HP Systems Insight Manager on HP-UX
1-800 HP Invent (1-800-474-6836) for North America, or contact your local HP Response Center
Customer Care Center for HP Systems Insight Manger on Windows or Linux
HP will provide warranty support for Systems Insight Manager for the first 90 days after installation.
1-800-OK-COMPAQ (1-800-652-6672)
As far as a web link, this is probably the closest you can get right now (I've reported that there's no place that says SIM anywhere):
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Home.jsp?locale=en_US&prodTypeId=18964&prodSeriesId=70272〈=en&cc=us
and near the bottom "Open a Support Case"
