JAVA error on HPSIM 4.0

JAVA error on HPSIM 4.0

When I click on Option->Protocol Settings->Global Protocol settings I get a JAVA error. I've tried this on the Win2k box itself and on a couple of remote workstations. No other option gives me this error. No updates or changes were made to the HPSIM server prior to this error

P.S. 90% of my managed servers went unmanaged after this happened over the weekend.
