Java Error trying to Create/Customize Lists in HP SIM 4.1

I am running HP Systems Insight Manager 4.1 Build C.04.01.00.00. I have created some lists through the Customize link on the System Lists window. A couple of days ago I went in to update one of the lists and all of the criteria were gone, replaced by 'Search for systems where [cluster membership] [] [(any)]. There is no longer a button to add additional list criteria, and system name is not on the list of fields to search. There is also a Java error when trying to edit or create a new list: "Line 665 Object doesn't support this property or method URL: https://localhost:50000/mxportal/search/AdvancedSystemsSearch.jsp?inframe=customize" The original lists which were based on system names still works properly. Any ideas on what may have caused this, and how to fix?

Just to be clear, this is a JavaScript error and not a Java error. Will you please contact support and open a case. If this is a bug, that is the quickest and most efficient way to get it tracked, duplicated and escalated to the developers.

In the past, I've seen similar errors disappear after the HPSIM service was restarted. You might want to try that before anything else.

Thanks for the clarification. Is the best way to contact HP support via phone? Do you know if there is an online form or e-mail address available for technical support submissions? I don't have a phone near this particular server, making troubleshooting a difficult task.
