javalang and Database connectivity errors

hi,

I have installed ovpi 5.1.0 GA on windows 2000 server with sp2. I was getting the reports generated, but yesterday evening when i am checking reports it was not opening and some reports showing no data(unable to connect database).After that i was not able to see even a single report. Then i checked the log files. After re-starting of services, it is showing some reports and not all. So i am attaching the particular logfile.
So, please check this and tell me why it is throwing errors like that and how to proceed further so that i can get data for all the reports.
