When I go in to the Performance Management Pack, I see the servers listed. However, there are a few that have
'Server does not have a serial number'
I picked one of the servers and checked survey.txt. I found the following:
System Identification Number .......
(+) No language loadeP 03
(-)
Any suggestions?
I also see some of the older servers with 'Licensed for free' listed. Anybody else see this?

Solution
Some of the older Servers are licensed for free, maybe so you can see how badly they're performing so you rush out and buy more hardware!
If you browse to the System Info Page for the Server the System Serial Number should be there.
If not you can generally add them by going into the BIOS. They can get lost if you've had a motherboard replaced.
I'm not sure where the details for the Survey.txt file come from.
What kind of Server is it?

Re: Licensing Administration
The server is a DL380 G2. I went to the System Info page. The serial number is missing. The 5i Array control was replaced not too long ago. I can't remember if the tech had to replace the system board too, but I think it might have been replaced.
The other server reporting the problem is a ML530 G1 that definitely had its motherboard replaced.
Thanks for the info!

Re: Licensing Administration
Easy then, you'll just need an outage and an F9 to get into the RBSU at boot.
I also enter our Asset Tage details here as that also shows up in HPSIM.
