Linux Agent Problem with existing Folder, that cim want to create

Hi, again

during the linux agents installation at a UnitedLinux 1.0 System, cim tries to create folder "/lib/modules/2-4-29-4GB/build/include/linux/version.h", but there already exist a symbolic link "/lib/modules/......../build", so cim can´t create this folder. But also the agents seems to run without this folder? Anybody gots the same problem and knows help?
