Logical Disk Drive Reports
Presently on SIM 4.2 for Windows and have started running into this issue. For some odd reason, when I run this disk report now more than half the servers on the report do not show up. I have not installed or upgraded anything new on these servers and have verified that they are selected targets, verified the sql inquiry is correct, ran comparisons which fail in same way. Does anybody have an idea whats going on and a possible fix?

Re: Logical Disk Drive Reports
I get this when data collection is currently running. Try to look at the progress of your data collection tasks, and ensure it has completed (100%), or it is sitting idel in the View Scheduled Task display. Then run your report again.

Re: Logical Disk Drive Reports
It is not part of the scheduled tasks, its a daily report that I run manually. I did check the audit logs and it ran "successfully" though.

Re: Logical Disk Drive Reports
I've double checked the DNS settings and SNMP traps which are all identical. I also verified the "Data collection list" is correct but when run it still leaves a handful of servers off the report, even with creating a new data collection list the outcome is the same. It makes no sense but when I ran another data collection report it fails to grab the serial info on just those specific servers for no apparant reason, nothing has been installed or upgraded on any of this servers as all patches and reboots are done at same time which was over 2 weeks ago.
