logon problem
At the moment every time i want to access SIM remotely (as in any machine but the one its installed on) i have to reinstall the java engine. I install, refesh, login works fine. Next time i come to restart my machine i get the login screen, type my user, password and domain, and just get a page not found.... remove the Java engine, goto the page angain, detects java's not installed, intalls is and I'm in again, any ideas?
Cheers, James

Re: logon problem
If you're saving the entire login string as the URL to connect to it will not work, part of that is a unique session ID.
Your logon URL should just be:
https://IMServer:2381
Once you've installed the JRE on the host workstation you should not require any further adjustments.

Re: logon problem
I'm not trying to connect via the host string. Each time I'm going to the correct login page, typing user name and password and all i get when clicking secure login is a page cannot be found....remove the java, go back to the login page, install, rfresh, and it works.
