Is there any way to reset or recover a lost Insight Agent admin password? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since 7.10 version management home page uses Windows authentication so that you don't need all the silly 'administrator', 'operator', and 'user' accounts.

If you want to use old agents and have no servers where you know the password - you
can reinstall agents and change password.
If you have server where you know agent password:
Copy the CPQHMMD.ACL file (usually in c:\compaq\wbem) from a server you know the agent password to the server where you don't know the password. Restart the web agent, the password will be changed to the same as the server from which you copied the file.
