Lost Remote Support in SIM 5.1

Suddenly (without any real change) I have lost the remote support and warranty information and collection options within Insight Manager. I have had these running for a couple of weeks and yesterday I noticed they were missing. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

I should add that all services seemed to be running and I have rebooted the server without any change.
