Mails from Error Traps are not send ...

Hi. I just installes Insight Manager 5.2 and we have 60 Servers running SS 8.2 with configured agents. The Server States are correctly reported in SIM. The only Problem we have is that the SIM Server does not send Mails when a HD fails for example. We only get the "System is not reachable" Mails. What do ihave to configure to get every Harwareerror with e-mail?
