Management processor in SIM

I've just configured SIM 5 and have noticed that every now and again various machines (BL20ps and DL380s) will show up with a question mark in the management processor (saying no MP found). This doesn't always happen and can affect various nodes from time to time (even though most are generally OK). I've tried entering the IP adress in SNMP/Insight manager integration tab within ILO but to no avail. Everything else works fine (i.e. SW, VPM etc).

Anyone any ideas ?

Hi Ben,

not really an idea. But how do you have your vca configured. í dont get any software status since i got sim5 installed.

I had the same problem - all of my vcas (well most) were showing up with trust issues. I fixed it by deleting the certificate off each of the nodes and then loggin back in which sorted it. I'm sure there is probably a more elegant solution but it was definitely a certificate issue. Hope this helps.
