Microsoft Cluster

I have MSCS setup and running on 3 blade bl20 servers. When I attempt to add the IP address for the cluster in SIM 4.1 it never adds it. After trying to add it it says it will add it but it never showes up under all systems. When I try to add it again it says it can't add it because it already exists.
So I have to questions, how to manually add MSCS to SIM 4.1, and how to remove an item that SIM says exists however it doesn't show up under all systems?

Jon,
Have you checked that the cluster agent has been added on both cluster nodes via, control panel; compaq management agents; MANAGED AGENTS. Once added, restart your insight agents and then manually discover unsing the cluster name.
