Migration mess
Hi.
Since migrating from NT4 to Windows 2003, HPSIM (v.4.1) has croaked. Whether this is due to something coded into the SIM database or openssh, I'm not sure.
If I connect through a browser I get the error "The connection was refused when attempting to contact 'server:port'". If I start SIM from the CMS, "Checking HTTP server status" is the only thing I get.
All services start correctly; reverting to SIM service accounts for the old domain make no difference.
Now seems like a very good time to upgrade to version 5 (!) but is there any way I can preserve previous settings? Will a fresh install leave clutter on clients & could this cause conflicts?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Ian
