Migration SIM 5.1 from Linux to Windows

Hello,
we want to migration our sim C.05.01.00.00 from Linux SLES 9 to Windows XP.
What we must do to migration all datas from:
- Database postgres to MSSQL
- configuration files linux-->windows

Is an document for this doing from HP existing?
