missing menue point 'System Credentials' sim 5.3

Hello,
we are missing the menue point:
Security - Credentials - System Credentials

When I select a system and go to the system protocol settings the link "Go to the System Credentials page to set system credentials" will show.
But nothing is happen, when I click on it.

Does this happen on any system you select or on just a select few or one?

Hello,
the error is happened on all systems.
When I go on mouse over the link 'system credentials' it shows: javascript 'goToSystemCredetialUI()'. But when I click nothing will happen.

And in the menue security only
- global credentials
- trusted systems
will show.

Check your security level in your IE browser. If they are set to high you will get this result.

no there is no solution.
I have set the security level to very low.
I have tested with firefox browser.
But the problem is the same...
