Monitor workstations
We are currently using SIM for monitoring servers and network devices, but would like to add laptops and desktops.
I've configured SNMP and it does see my laptop, but no additional details.
I'm getting conflicting reports on reading through the forum. Is this actually possible or do we need a 3rd party?

Re: Monitor workstations
Yes u can to some level (Windows via WMI, Linux via SSH).
Try discovering a Desktop/Laptop with its Administrator/root credentials set under sign-in credentials.
