MS04-025 fix does not extract

I get an error each time I try to expand the new Systems Insight Manager 4.1 patch to fix the problem with MS04-025. I've tried two different systems to extract the patch but each time I get the lovely "sp26191.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

Anyone else get this problem?

Mine extracted fine, it reports as being 151 KB (155,473 bytes) on my Server.

fix extracted after reboot of server, cause unknown
