MSCS Staus Unkown

We have a problem with a fresh install of HP SIM 4.1 SP1, we have 1 MS Cluster in the org. and SIM is returning a unkown status for it.

On the 4 cluster nodes "cluster information" is enabled on HP management agents (agents have been restarted).
We currently running SP 7.10a but we had the same problems with 7.00a
We can see cluster information when we log on to system managment homepage on each node.
We do get alarms when we fail over a resource ect.
We are unable to set disk treshold on resource disks.
Any ideas?
